Spec Tire / Brand

The Region 4 Club Presidents held a meeting on Tuesday, March 18, 2008,
and agreed to table the Tire issue until later this year.  There may at some time
be a contingency regarding this issue, but for now it has been tabled.

Key Ways are available from National

The QMA stamped Honda Key Ways have been shipped.   Cost for the Key Ways will be $18. You may send your check or money order to: Quarter Midgets of America, Inc P.O. Box 150150 Tulsa, OK 74115-0150

You can run an old style flywheel with an off set key way only on an old GX120 engine.
The Tier 3 engine is ok with factory key way.

In 2009 you must run a stock Tier 3 flywheel on all GX120engines (old & new).
Maximum timing 20 degrees before top dead center.

If you run no off set key way with an old flywheel it is a suspension
